We monitor the weather closely! If heavy rain prevents us from servicing your lawn on your scheduled day, we will automatically move your service to the next available dry window. If a wash-out weekend occurs, we will prioritize your property at the very start of our next available service block to get you back on track.

Our primary service area is Buenaventura Lakes (BVL). We also proudly serve Mill Run, Pebble Pointe, Remington, and Kissimmee Bay.

For the healthiest, most vibrant lawn in Central Florida, we recommend a weekly schedule during the primary growing season (March – October).

Regular weekly mowing follows the “One-Third Rule”—we never want to remove more than 1/3 of the grass blade at once. This prevents “scalping,” reduces plant stress, and naturally shades out invasive weeds. During the cooler, dormant months (November – February), we typically shift to bi-weekly service as the growth slows down.

No. We believe in earning your business with every visit, not locking you into a restrictive long-term contract. You are free to cancel your service at any time with 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle.

Because our mowing plans are billed at a flat monthly rate, here is how we handle cancellations:

  • Year-Round Membership: Since your annual cost is spread evenly over 12 months, a final “true-up” statement is calculated upon cancellation. This ensures your total payments match the value of the services actually performed to date. Any remaining balance or credit will be processed automatically.

  • Seasonal Maintenance: These plans are billed monthly during the active growing season. If you cancel mid-season, your service will continue through the end of your current paid month.

This system keeps your billing predictable while giving you the freedom to adjust your service as your needs change.

We make lawn care completely hands-free with our secure, automated billing system. We accept all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
